No special marine event may be conducted on the waters of the county without a special marine event permit issued by the county sheriff's office in accordance with Idaho Code section 67-7030. Participants in special marine events will be exempt from this chapter to the extent determined by the county sheriff's office and described on the permit. (Ord. 86, 7-10-1995)
