A. License Required: No person shall operate, establish, or maintain a junkyard, any portion of which is within one thousand feet (1,000') of the nearest edge of the right of way of any primary highway in the county without obtaining a license from the board.
B. Renewal Annually: The license and each renewal shall be issued on a calendar year basis and shall expire on December 31 following the date of issuance.
C. Fee: A fee of twenty five dollars ($25.00) shall be charged for each original license or renewal license. (Ord. 99, 9-13-1999)
