3-3-1: DEFINITIONS:
For the purpose of this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section:
JUNK: Old or scrap metal, wood, glass, plastic, rope, rags, batteries, paper, trash, rubber, debris, waste, junk, inoperable, dismantled, or wrecked automobiles, boats or other machines, or their parts.
JUNKYARD: A piece of real property which is maintained, operated, or used for storing, keeping, buying, or selling junk, or for the maintenance or operation of an automobile graveyard.
PRIMARY HIGHWAY: U.S. Highway 95; State Highway 60; State Highway 6; State Highway 5; State Highway 3; the St. Joe Road; Milltown Road; Sanders Road; St. Maries River Road; Minnaloosa Valley Road; Lovell Valley Road; Fairfield Road; and Benewah Road. (Ord. 99, 9-13-1999)
