2-1-2: DEFINITIONS:
For the purpose of this chapter, the following terms, phrases, words and their derivations shall have the meanings given herein:
APPOINTIVE MEMBERS: All members of the commission.
COMMISSION: The Benewah County planning and zoning commission created by this chapter.
GOVERNING BOARD: The board of county commissioners, Benewah County, Idaho. (Ord. 60, 7-10-1989; amd. 2011 Code)
