§ 128.99 VIOLATIONS AND PENALTY.
   (A)   If the owner of the premises licensed under this chapter or any person from whom the licensee derives the right to possession of such premises, or the agent of such owner or person, shall knowingly permit the licensee to use the licensed premises in violation of the terms of this article, the owner, agent or other person shall be deemed guilty of a violation of this article to the same extent as the licensee and shall be subject to the same punishment as the licensee.
   (B)   Every act or omission constituting a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter, by any
officer, director, manager, or agent, or employee of any licensee shall be deemed and held to be the act of such employer or licensee, and the employer or licensee shall be subject to punishment in the same manner as if the act or omission had been done or omitted by him personally.
   (C)   Any violation of the terms and conditions of a special use permit or any section of the Zoning Ordinance that is not abated within seven days after proper notice shall be subject to a fine of $500 per violation per day.
