§ 128.09 REVOCATION OR SUSPENSION OF CANNABIS LICENSE.
   The Cannabis Control Commissioner may suspend, revoke, or fine any license issued under this division for any one or more of the following reasons:
   (A)   Violation of the laws of the United States government, the State of Illinois, or any of the ordinances of the village.
   (B)   Willfully making any false statements as to material fact in the application for a license.
   (C)   Revocation or suspension of state license.
   (D)   Nontransferability.
