§ 35.251 LEVY OF RECREATIONAL CANNABIS EXCISE TAX.
   In accordance with P.A. 101-0027. the Village of Bellwood hereby adopts a 3% gross sales tax applicable to cannabis businesses and retailers. The cannabis business or retailer shall pay the local sales tax imposed under this Public Act pursuant to law.
