§ 35.245 PENALTY FOR VIOLATION.

In addition to the remaining provisions of this chapter, any person found, in a court of competent jurisdiction of violating, disobeying, omitting, neglecting or refusing to comply with or resisting or opposing the enforcement of any provision of this chapter, shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $1,000.
