The Mayor is authorized to establish compensation for training time in accordance with ILCS. Members who are paid employees of the Village of Bellwood, if called for training by the State of Illinois or The Federal Emergency Management Agency, shall receive for the time spent in such training the same rate of pay as is attached to the position held. Members who are not such village employees shall receive for time training compensation as established by the Mayor.
