§ 34.06 MUTUAL AID AGREEMENTS WITH OTHER CITIES.

The Coordinator/Director, under the direction of the Mayor, may assist the Village Attorney in the negotiations of mutual aid agreements with other municipal corporations, political subdivisions of the state, or the Federal government. Any negotiated recommended mutual aid agreement must be approved by the Mayor and Board of Trustees.
