The commercial truck parking lot requirements and/or restrictions set forth in this subchapter shall not apply to any commercial truck parking associated with or connected with the operation of any business at or near the location of the commercial truck parking lot so long as authorized under any other applicable land use restriction and/or regulation under the Code of Bellwood.
