(A) No business shall be permitted to operate any portion of its business on the exterior of the property between the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. if such noise generated by said operation can be heard by adjacent residential property owners.
(B) If said violation occurs the penalty for violating this section of the code shall be $250.00 the second violation shall be $500 the third violation shall be $750 and all subsequent violations shall be $1,000. It shall be permissible for the village and the village may after the commission of the fourth offense seek to revoke the business license of the offender.
