(A)
Any person, firm, or entity violating the terms and conditions of this chapter, including property owners, lessees (tenants), occupants and mortgagors of property where such violations occur, shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $750 with each and every day that the violation is allowed to exist constituting a distinct and separate offense under the terms of this chapter.
(B) The corporate authority may take whatever action it deems appropriate to enforce the terms of this chapter, including an action or injunction. The violator will pay all attorney's fees and costs incurred by the municipality in enforcing the terms of this chapter.
