(A) A person shall not erect. install, remove, rehang, or maintain over public property any sign for which a permit is required under provisions of this code or the village zoning ordinance until an approved bond shall have been filed or until an insurance policy shall have been filed for public liability and property damage.
(B) The dollar amount of such bond or insurance policy shall be established by the President and Village Board of Trustees.
