(A) Any person or entity desiring a permit or special inspection shall file an application for such permit or inspection with the Building Commissioner.
(B) Application for the building permit or special inspection shall be on a form supplied by the Building Department.
(C) Application is to be completely and legibly completed. Application to include the following information:
(1) Identify and describe the work to be covered for which application is being made.
(2) Describe the land on which the proposed work is to be done by legal description, address or other similar manner to make the property or premises clearly identifiable.
(3) The intended use and occupancy for which the proposed work is being done.
(4) The value of the proposed work.
(5) Application is to be accompanied by construction documents as required in the Building Code.
(6) The permit application is to be signed by the applicant or applicant's authorized agent.
(7) Provide other data and information as be required by the Building Commissioner.
