(A) Structures or premises under construction, alteration, renovation or repair shall have inspections scheduled as per a list of required inspections maintained in the Office of the Building Department but not less than those listed in the adopted building codes and standards.
(B) Inspection prior to sale.
(1) No building shall be sold unless inspected by the village.
(2) The seller and buyer shall both be aware of the findings of such inspection.
(3) Procedures shall be followed to ensure that the conditions noted as deficient on the inspection will be remedied. (See Chapter 101 of the code, Presale Property Inspection Requirements.)
(C) Fees shall be as per § 150.18.
(1) Single-family dwellings when rented.
(2) Multiple-family dwellings.
(3) Business, commercial and industrial properties at time of sale or rental.
