§ 150.26 ENFORCEMENT OF CHAPTER; INSPECTIONS, TESTS AND EXAMINATIONS REQUIRED.
   (A)   It shall be the duty of the Building Commissioner and lawfully appointed deputies to enforce the provisions of this chapter. The Building Commissioner may make such inspections as may be necessary to see that the terms and requirements of the adopted codes and standards are met and may require at the expense of the owner any such tests and special inspections by outside agencies or individuals as may be required.
   (B)   Inspections shall be limited by the requirements of this section to one inspection of each requested component of the items requiring inspection.
   (C)   It is permissible on large-scale jobs to request the inspection of the amount of work normally produced by an individual during the course of a normal business day. Such multiple inspections shall
be defined and agreed to by the applicant, owner. and Building Commissioner prior to any inspections being completed.
