For all new construction, alterations, renovations and repairs in excess of $10,000 governed by this chapter and begun after the adoption of this chapter, following final inspection and prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy, the permit applicant shall submit as-built drawings in both hard copy and digital format as approved by the Building Commissioner.
