§ 150.05 ADMINISTRATION.
   (A)    The provisions of the International Building Code Chapter One shall apply to the administration and issuance of all building permits.
   (B)   Building permits shall be required when the value of the proposed work or modifications exceeds $50 labor and materials or as required by the Building Code.
