§ 36.12 POLICY FOR A GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE UNDER THE AMERICAN WITH DISABILITIES ACT.

The village, with respect to any complaints filed pursuant to the American with Disabilities Act, shall abide by the procedure as set forth in the village policy. A copy of said policy is available for inspection at the Village Clerk's office.
