§ 95.09 ADOPTION OF KNOX BOXES TO PREVENT UNNECESSARY PROPERTY DAMAGE.
   (A)   Knox Box System approval by the Bureau of Fire Prevention shall be provided at the expense of the owner to be installed eight to ten feet above grade at an exterior door. Knox Box type to be given by the Fire Prevention Bureau.
   (B)   (1)   The property is protected by an automatic alarm system.
      (2)   The property is protected by an automatic fire sprinkler system.
      (3)   Immediate access is necessary for life saving or fire fighting purposes.
   (C)   The required Knox Box shall contain the following:
      (1)   Working key to exterior door;
      (2)   A working key to locked mechanical and electrical equipment rooms;
      (3)   Working key to elevator control and to other areas as directed by the Bureau of Fire Prevention.
   (D)   The Knox Box System shall be maintained and in good repair at all times after being installed and approved so that it is accessible at all times.
