Sections 95.04 and 95.05 shall apply to all structures, with the exception of dwellings, and shall be in effect from the date of passage. The provisions of §§ 95.04 and 95.05 shall apply equally to new and existing conditions, except that existing conditions shall be in compliance within six months from the date of passage.
