For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
RADIO ANTENNA. A receiving antenna for radio signals other than a satellite dish antenna.
SATELLITE DISH ANTENNA. An apparatus capable of receiving signals from geostationary orbital satellites.
TELEVISION ANTENNA. A conventional receiving antenna for television signals other than a satellite dish antenna.
USEABLE SATELLITE SIGNAL. A satellite signal which when viewed on a conventional television set, is at least equal in picture quality to that received from local commercial television stations or by way of cable television.
