(A) The regulations herein set forth shall apply to and govern all television, radio and satellite dish antennas in all districts. No antenna shall be constructed or maintained unless it is in compliance with the regulations governing location and height for the district in which it is located, unless such antenna is otherwise specifically regulated by a conditional use permit provision or by provisions relating to variations.
(B) Any antenna lawfully established on the effective date of this subchapter, pursuant to prior existing law, and which antenna is rendered nonconforming by the provisions herein, and any antenna which, as a result of subsequent amendments hereto, shall be rendered nonconforming shall be subject to the regulations of §§ 156.085 et seq. governing nonconforming buildings and uses.
