§ 155.35 RESISTANCE TO PRESSURE; MATERIAL; GRADE HEIGHT.
   Private swimming pools shall be designed to withstand water pressure from within and to resist pressure of the earth when the pool is empty, to a pressure of 2,200 pounds per square foot. Materials used shall be subject to the approval of the Building Commissioner. The grade height of pools constructed hereafter shall not exceed the established grade.
