§ 155.03 BUILDING COMMISSIONER TO ENFORCE PROVISIONS; RIGHT OF ENTRY.
   The Building Commissioner is hereby charged with the duty of enforcing this chapter. For this purpose he is hereby authorized to enter upon any premises in the village, to investigate the existence of a swimming pool and to determine whether or not any such pool complies with the requirements of this chapter.
