§ 154.999 PENALTY.

All persons, firms, or corporations violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in an amount not less than $250 nor more than $750. Each day a violation continues shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
