§ 154.002 AUTHORITY.
   These regulations are adopted pursuant to the authority granted by ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, § 11-12-5, and pursuant to the village's home rule powers established in section 6(a), article VII of the 1970 Constitution of the State of Illinois.
