§ 136.20 AGREEMENT TO ENFORCE ON PRIVATE PROPERTY.
   (A)   The Police Chief and Mayor are hereby authorized to enter into agreements with private property owner and/or tenants to enforce laws on such private property, a copy of a sample agreement which is attached to Ordinance 02-54 as Exhibit A.
   (B)   The village shall have the power to approach persons located on private property to order them to leave the property and not to return if the village and the property owner or tenant of the property have executed a “law enforcement agreement” with the village.
   (C)   The village is hereby authorized to perform law enforcement activities on private property in accordance with such executed agreements or as otherwise permitted by law.
   (D)   The Chief of Police and Mayor are hereby authorized to enter into a legally binding law enforcement agreement on behalf of the village and shall retain a copy of the agreement in the office of the Police Chief and file the original copy of said agreement with the Village Clerk's office.
