(A) At any public gathering other than religious services where there are more than 30 people in attendance, a police officer must be in attendance. The sponsor of the public gathering shall pay such sum as may be determined by the Board of Trustees for the services of the officer.
(B) The provisions of this section may be waived by the Board of Trustees.
