Any license granted pursuant to this chapter shall be personal to the individual or entity to whom issued and may not be transferred to any other person or entity. Such license shall not be sold, leased, transferred, assigned, or otherwise disposed of, either in whole or in part, whether by forced sale, merger, consolidation, bankruptcy, reorganization under bankruptcy laws, or otherwise, without reapplication pursuant to § 125.02.
