No operating license shall be renewed unless the applicant owner or operator agrees in his or her application to inspections pursuant to Chapter 92 of this code and those the Comptroller may require to determine whether the multiple-family building or single-family dwelling unit for rent in connection with which such operating license is sought is in compliance with the provisions of this chapter and with applicable rules and regulations pursuant thereto.
