§ 122.25 NONCONFORMITIES.

Any personal wireless service facility installed and operating prior to the enactment of this chapter which would be prohibited under this chapter shall be considered to be a legal nonconforming use and/or a legal nonconforming structure, as the case may be, and shall be subject to the rules on nonconformities provided in the zoning ordinance.
