§ 122.23 METHOD OF DETERMINING TOWER HEIGHT.

(A) Measurement of tower height for the purpose of determining compliance with all requirements of this chapter shall include the tower structure itself, the base pad and any other personal wireless telecommunications facilities attached thereto. Tower height shall be measured from grade.

(B) Measurement of an antenna support structure shall include the structure itself and any other personal wireless telecommunications facilities attached thereto and shall be measured from grade.
