(A) All towers must be set back from property lines a distance equal to their height. In addition, all other wireless telecommunications facilities and antenna support structures shall conform to all minimum setback and yard requirements of the zoning ordinance.
(B) No personal wireless telecommunications facility shall be located between the front lot line and the principal building on the site.
(C) Setback requirements for towers shall be measured from the base of the tower to the property line of the parcel of land on which it is located.
(D) Setback requirements may be modified by obtaining a variance when placement of a tower in a location which will reduce the visual impact can be accomplished; for example, adjacent to trees which may visually hide the tower.
