§ 122.20 CONDITIONS.

The personal wireless telecommunications facility shall conform to all applicable federal laws and regulations concerning its use and operation. No personal wireless telecommunications facility, tower or antenna support structure shall be permitted in any zoning district in the village unless it complies with all applicable federal laws and regulations concerning its use and operation.
