§ 122.05 PLACEMENT.
   (A)   In Industrial Districts. A personal wireless telecommunications facility, tower or antenna support structure shall be permitted as a conditional use in all Industrial Districts if the proposed personal wireless telecommunications facility is less than 90 feet in height or if the personal wireless telecommunications facility is directly affixed to an existing building and the height of the personal wireless telecom- munication(s) facility does not exceed 15 feet above the roof of the existing building.
   (B)   In Business Districts. A personal wireless telecommunications facility, tower or antenna support structure shall be permitted as a conditional use in all Business Districts if the applicant satisfies all other conditions of the zoning ordinance, including all applicable height limitations.
   (C)   In Residential Districts. A personal wireless service facility, tower or antenna support structure shall be permitted as a conditional use in all Residential Districts if the applicant satisfies all other conditions of the village code and the facility is located in the following locations:
      (1)   Church sites, when located inside steeples or bell towers, so that such facility cannot be observed from the exterior;
      (2)   Government, school or utility; and
      (3)   Residential sites, but only if it is demonstrated that there is no alternative location as set forth in this chapter and that failure to grant a permit will prohibit or have the effect of prohibiting the provision of personal wireless services.
   (D)   On village property. A personal wireless service facility, tower or antenna support structure proposed to be located on village property may be exempted from the terms of this chapter subject to any condition set by the Mayor and Board of Trustees.
