§ 120.41 CONDUCT OF DRIVERS; PROHIBITION AGAINST MOBILE COMMUNICATION DEVICES.
   Taxicab drivers shall at all times be dressed in a presentable manner and conduct themselves courteously toward the general public and passengers. Drivers shall not shout or yell to prospective passengers or operators of other vehicles or use profane language while operating a taxicab. Taxicab drivers shall not transport any person or persons except fare paying passengers. Taxicab drivers shall not otherwise disturb the peace. Taxicab drivers shall not talk on cellular, mobile or wireless communication devices while transporting passengers.
