§ 120.39 RATES; PASSENGER'S REQUEST FOR MILEAGE.
   (A)   All rates and charges must be posted in the office of the principal place of business, a dispatch office and each licensed taxicab owned or operated, with the sign being in block letters, easily legible to the passenger and shall be displayed in the front seat and back seat of the taxicab.
   (B)   Passengers may request, and the taxicab driver shall give to them, the mileage to the nearest tenth, at the start of the hiring and the mileage to the nearest tenth at the conclusion of the hiring, of the vehicle being used at the time of hiring. It shall be unlawful for a taxi driver to refuse to comply with this requirement to give the mileage information to the passenger upon request.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for a passenger to fail or refuse to pay the lawful fare at the termination of a trip.
