§ 120.37 NAME OF OPERATOR AND DRIVER TO BE DISPLAYED.
   (A)   Every taxicab licensed by the village shall bear on the outside thereof, in a conspicuous place, the name of the operator thereof, in letters not less than two inches high, which letters shall be of a color in contrast of the vehicle, and shall be properly proportioned and legible.
   (B)   Each taxicab shall have prominently displayed where passengers may see it, a card bearing the name of the operator and the number of the cab.
   (C)   The taxicab driver permit issued under this chapter bearing a picture of the driver shall be displayed at all times in plain view of the passenger in front of the passenger compartment and so lighted to be plainly visible at night in any taxicab driven by the person to whom the permit is issued.
   (D)   The Village Comptroller may suspend the use of any taxicab until such time as it is brought into compliance with the foregoing requirements.
