§ 120.36 VEHICLES.
   (A)   No taxicab shall be operated unless it bears a duly issued state license. No such taxicab shall be operated unless it is equipped with proper brakes, lights, tires, horns, mufflers, rear vision mirror and windshield wipers in good operating condition. It shall be unlawful to operate any taxicab in the village unless the aforementioned equipment is in good operating condition and properly used.
   (B)   All vehicles used for taxicabs shall at all times be kept in a clean, sightly and sanitary condition.
   (C)   Four-door sedans or vans shall be the only type of vehicle allowed to be licensed as a taxicab in the village.
