For the purpose of this subchapter the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
PARKING LOT. Any premises, enclosure or other places, other than a licensed garage, where four or more cars or automobiles may be stored or parked and where rent is paid or compensation paid to the owner, manager or lessee of the premises for the storing or parking of such vehicle.
