(A) License required. It shall be unlawful for any person to do business as an itinerant merchant without having first secured a license.
(B) Application. Every application for the license required by division (A) of this section shall set forth the commodities to be sold, and the place intended to be occupied or used for the business.
(C) Fee. The fee for the license required by division (A) of this section shall be $25 per month and $5 for one day.
