§ 118.01 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   ITINERANT MERCHANT. Any merchant engaging or intending to engage in business as a merchant in the village for a period of time not exceeding 100 days. Peddlers shall not be construed as ITINERANT MERCHANTS.
