§ 117.173 WEIGHMASTER PERMITTED TO WEIGH OWN COMMODITIES.

Nothing in this subchapter shall prevent the public weighmaster from engaging in the business of selling any article, commodity or produce which is ordinarily delivered by vehicle or of weighing the same.
