§ 117.171 REWEIGHING COMMODITIES OWNED BY WEIGHMASTER.
   Upon request to the Chief of Police, any purchaser of goods owned or sold by the public weighmaster and weighed by him or her, may take the goods under the supervision of the public weighmaster to another scale approved by the Chief of Police and there reweigh the same.
