§ 117.170 CONDITIONS ON REWEIGHING.

Any person upon request to the Chief of Police shall be permitted to take his or her load to another scale for the purpose of reweighing the load but upon the following conditions:

(A) Gross load shall be weighed immediately and tare weight shall be ascertained immediately after delivery of the load; and

(B) The reweighing must take place on a scale approved by the Chief of Police.
