§ 117.168 WEIGHT CERTIFICATE TO BE GIVEN TO PURCHASER.

A copy of such weight certificate shall be delivered to the purchaser, or if there is at the place of delivery no one to receive such delivery, shall be posted in a conspicuous place at the place of delivery before such article or commodity so weighed shall be unloaded. The remaining copy shall be retained by the seller.
