For the purpose of this subchapter the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
MACHINE SHOP. Includes every workshop in which machines are made or metal parts thereof are repaired, or where parts of machines or tools, implements, gears, dies, screws or other metal articles are cut, filed, shaped or repaired by means of a lathe or other machinery.
