§ 117.059 INSPECTION OF PREMISES.
   (A)   It shall be the duty of the Chief of Police or other official designated by the President and Board of Trustees to inspect or cause to be inspected every establishment licensed under this subchapter, at least once every six months. Any violations, of this or any other ordinance relating to dry cleaners, premises or flammable liquids, shall be reported to the President and Board of Trustees.
   (B)   The Chief of the Fire Department shall have the right to enter any building or premises situated in the village and occupied by any dry cleaning establishment, in order to examine the same and to determine whether or not the building and premises, or any material, chemical or compound kept therein, or used thereon, or any article or fabric dry cleaned, dyed, spotted or finished, as received, used, kept, maintained or stored on the premises or building conforms to the fire ordinances and regulations of the village or constitutes a fire hazard in the village.
